TERMS OF SERVICE :

I will answer any questions or inquiries you may have whenever I can !

You can purchase commissions for yourself or as gifts for others !

I reserve the right to decline commissions without explaining myself.

If a client is causing problems, I will cancel the commission without hesitation.

In the rare case that issues persist, the problem client will be dismissed and blocked.

If my Terms of Service are violated I'm entitled to cancel the commission, if need be.

I will only accept upfront payments through Paypal invoices or Ko-fi donations.

I will not start on a commission until the payment is received in full.

I do not accept payment plans unless there is a high-bid auction or I am selling an OC.

If I have started your commission, I will not allow any refunds.

I will refund in full if I am unable to work on or complete your commission !

I reserve the right to cancel or discontinue a commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to upload commissioned work and to use it in my portfolio.

Commissioned pieces are for PERSONAL USE unless agreed to prior to purchasing.

You ARE allowed to use your own commissioned work for icons, headers, footers, etc.

You are NOT allowed to use someone else's commission for yourself unless it is a gift.

Do not claim the commission I made for you as your own artwork. Don't be a dummy !

Once the payment is received, I will start working on your commission right away !

Turnout can be from same-day, to 1-7 days, depending on my productivity levels.

Feel free to message me for updates on your piece ! Please refrain from harrying.

I am only accepting simple commissions and draw quickly so I do not issue refunds.

Feel free to edit, adjust, or recolor the design however you see fit once they are yours !

You MUST credit me as the original designer, regardless of any changes you make.

You are ALWAYS allowed to gift or trade designs, adoptables, or characters you buy.

Do not resell the design for more than its worth unless there is additional art added.
